Who we are
Real to Web Technologies (“we”, “us”) operates realtoweb.ca. We are a web development studio based in Canada. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect
Contact form submissions. When you fill out a contact form we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, referral source. This data is aggregated and anonymised. No personally identifiable information is stored.
Server logs.Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). These are retained for security and diagnostic purposes per Netlify's own privacy policy.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or advertising networks.
Cookies
We use cookies only for Google Analytics. You can opt out via your browser settings or by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Data retention
Contact form data submitted via Netlify Forms is retained in our Netlify dashboard until manually deleted. We typically clear enquiries after 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.
Your rights
If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or Canada you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be noted with a revised “last updated” date at the top of this page.
